I worked with the IT support company, Support Driven, to analyze the motives of attendees at their annual information technology conference.

I interviewed attendees, company employees and sent out a survey on their internal community channel (Slack) to gather information. With the data nad interviews, I transcribed and coded the content to derive motives for marketing purposes. My deliverables sought to bridge the gap of understanding between the company and its client base.
