Website Design
I have designed many websites and web-based pages using WordPress, Weebly, Bluehost, CommonSpot, Jira/Confluence and MadCap Flare.
Graphic Design

I researched and developed a grant structure for LucStrong, a foundation that supports families with children battling Sickle Cell Disease.
Style Guides
While working for companies like Willamette Cultural Resources, I followed a strict style to guide and format archaeological reports for publication.
Usability Testing
I worked with Portland State IT department to conduct usability testing. Through card sorting, user testing and informational interviews, I was able to develop personas and an implementation plan to better the current website.
Document Design
Document design is extremely valuable for Technical Communicators. Whether creating new web content, creating flyers and forms, or formatting massive documents, having experience in design is imperative.
