- Groomingdales is my family’s mobile pet grooming business. I have been a jack of all trades working there my entire life. My jobs have varied from dog grooming, mechanics with my dad, payroll, reception and scheduling work and social media management. As I have stepped into a technical writing career, I have helped my family move completely paperless with a digital scheduling software and built a website for client and internal use using Weebly. - I build this website through WordPress. I used the theme OceanWP and used the plugin Elementor for design elements. It is a work in progress as I grow as a Technical Communicator.
- While working for Willamette Cultural Resources LTD, I worked on their company website. WCRA is an archaeological group with teams in different states. We wanted to share all the staff information in a cohesive way that did overload the reader, but had all the right information. The site was built on WordPress and was originally designed with a 2008 theme. The company did not want to change the theme, so I edited the CSS directly in order to make the necessary edits.
OHSU Internal Confluence Pages (02)
- While working for OHSU Hospital (Oregon Health and Science University), I worked on hundreds of confluence pages, prepping them for migration to a new content management system. There were over 350+ documents that needed to go through an editing process before migration. This included resolving formatting issues, redoing images with the Snagit tool and maintaining a change log.
- I created a variety of mock websites using MadCap Flare. Check out my work here.
